Integrated Statistics Learning Environment (ISLE) is a browser-based eLearning platform designed for interactive, real-time collaborative instruction.
Instructors can upload existing instructional materials (pdfs, annotated slides, video lectures), or develop interactive lessons in ISLE’s native authoring tool without coding.
Students and professors can annotate materials and share notes live during class, replicating in-person classroom experience.
ISLE runs natively in all major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).
Mobile and tablet are supported.
No additional licenses are required - ISLE is a beta product developed by Dr. Philipp Burckhardt at CMU as part of his PhD thesis.
No software installation required by students.
